Sunday Sanctuary - From 13th September

First class is Sunday 13th September 2026

Sunday Sanctuary is a weekly hour long gathering that weaves together contemplative practices and immersive sound.  Each Sunday will explore a different theme, creating an unfolding journey for those who choose to join us throughout the season, while every session is also designed as a complete experience in itself.

Over 8 Sundays, we’ll explore:

🌿 Grounding — slowing down & arriving

🌳 Roots — safety, connection & belonging

💗 Receiving — opening the heart

🌱 Growth — what wants to emerge?

🌬️ Expansion — finding space & expression

🫶 Softening — gentleness & compassion

🍂 Surrender — release & letting go

✨ Gratitude — integration & coming home

Each session includes a short sound-inspired workshop and ends with a deeply restorative sound bath.  Come for the whole seasonal journey, or simply drop in whenever you feel called.

Open to anyone 16 years old and over.

Class Pass is valid for two months after purchase.
