Sunday Sanctuary is a weekly hour long gathering that weaves together contemplative practices and immersive sound.
Each session ends with a deeply restorative sound bath, while the journey there changes from week to week. You might explore meditation, Yoga Nidra, tuning forks, breathwork, gentle movement, reflective writing, poetry or a community circle, each carefully chosen to complement the theme of the morning.
Whether you're discovering sound for the first time or have attended many sound baths, Sunday Sanctuary offers a rich experience. It is a chance to explore different ways of working with sound, deepen your understanding of the practice, and experience something new each week within the familiarity of a regular gathering.
Every Sunday has its own theme. Every Sunday ends in sound.
