Join me fortnightly at The Garden Studio on Thursdays 6.30-7.45pm for Kundalini Yoga.  A little yoga hideaway for small, peaceful classes. Just a handful of students per class for a more connected and personalised practice.

You don't need to bring anything apart from some water to stay hydrated.  All necessary mats, blocks etc. are provided.
