Join me for an hour of sound healing. A short introduction and some breathwork will be followed by a relaxing soundbath featuring Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums and a gong. Open to anyone! It doesn't matter whether you've never been to a soundbath or you've been to a hundred. All you need are comfortable clothes and a sleeping bag or blanket to keep you warm.
By booking you are agreeing to the following: Participation in Sound Baths includes, but is not limited to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and laying down/sitting for a period of time. If at any point I feel discomfort, I will inform the instructor. Sound baths are not advisable if you have sound induced epilepsy or migraines. I can confirm that I am physically/emotionally fit to participate in a Sound Bath, and if appropriate a doctor has verified my condition for participation in this type of class. I agree to inform the teacher if I have any injuries or medical conditions or if I am pregnant.
