A relaxing and slow paced Yin Yoga session followed by a Yoga Nidra session (a relaxing meditation done lying down).
This is a very slow and gentle yoga class to relax and meditate. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushions for comfort. Wear comfortable and warm clothing.

Participation in Yoga classes includes, but is not limited to, participation in meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques, and performing various yoga postures. Yoga postures are designed to exercise every part of the body - stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and entire skeletal system. They also work on the internal organs, glands and nerves. I understand that in Yoga class I will progress at my own pace. If at any point I feel over-exertion or fatigue, I will respect my body’s limitations and will rest during the class. I can confirm that I am physically/emotionally fit to participate in Yoga classes, and if appropriate a doctor has verified my condition for participation in this type of class. I agree to inform the teacher if I have any injuries or medical conditions or if I am pregnant. I agree to complete a consent form that is located in the FAQs section of this website.
