Sound has been used across cultures and throughout history as a tool for healing, transformation, and spiritual practice. Through vibration, rhythm, and resonance, sound can help us reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, and access deeper levels of awareness.

During this retreat, we will explore the subtle yet powerful effects of sound through a combination of experiential practices and gentle learning. We will work with tuning fork protocols, discovering how specific frequencies can support balance, relaxation, and energetic awareness. We will also explore vocal toning, using our own voices as instruments for healing, expression, and connection.

The day will include guided journalling and group discussion, creating space to reflect on our experiences, deepen our understanding, and share insights within a supportive circle.

We will also journey into a deeply immersive sound experience, allowing the vibrations of sound to guide us into states of rest, presence, and inner exploration. Many people find that sound helps them connect more deeply with themselves, offering a sense of grounding, clarity, and renewal.
